Manu Ginobili took off once Tony Parker went down. The All-Star guard put the Spurs on his shoulders after an injury sidelined Parker for the second half, scoring 18 of his season-high 35 points in the fourth quarter to rally the San Antonio Spurs to a 95-88 victory over the Memphis Grizzlies on Sunday night.
