Charlie Villanueva scored all 16 of his points in the second quarter, helping the Detroit Pistons build a lead they wouldn't relinquish in a 113-102 win over the Washington Wizards on Sunday night. Villanueva made three 3-pointers, then added a conventional three-point play that started a 10-0 run that put Detroit ahead 60-49 shortly before halftime.
