New Orleans forward David West is in the starting for the Hornets’ game against Cleveland despite spraining his left ankle Friday night. West, the team’s leading scorer, played only four minutes and didn’t score against Memphis before getting hurt. He was listed as day-to-day, but the ankle felt better at the Hornets’ shoot-around Sunday morning.
