Free agent forward Jason Williams has agreed to a two-way contract with the Dallas Stars. Williams, part of a Stanley Cup championship with Detroit in 2002, played 44 games for Detroit last season. The Stars put Krys Barch on injured reserve Saturday because of a scratched cornea and fractured orbital bone sustained in a fight on Feb.
